Ingredients:

  1. Walnuts - 10 grams
  2. Dried figs - 28 grams
  3. Natural yogurt 2% - 170 grams
  4. Honey - 1 tablespoon (about 20 grams)

Preparation:

Pour the natural yoghurt into our vessel in which we will combine our ingredients. As we can see, it is not a heavy dish that, in our proportions, gives us a caloric requirement. It's a good idea to cut the figs in half and chop the nuts. Mix everything with each other and pour a spoonful of honey.
