Ingredients:
- Fresh filleted pollock - approx. 300 grams
- Carrots - 130 grams
- Onions - 65 grams
- Olive oil - 25 milliliters
- Tomato paste - 60 grams
- Celery - 270 grams
- Parsley - 250 grams
- Salt - a pinch
- Pepper - a pinch
- Ground hot pepper - a pinch
Preparation:
At the very beginning, the pollock should be washed thoroughly. After washing, we can season it with salt and pepper. Fry everything in a pan.
Wash parsley, carrots and celery also, and after peeling, grate them.
Peel the onion and dice it. After peeling and cutting the onion, bake it in a frying pan until golden brown.
Then add vegetables, concentrate, hot pepper and a little salt and pepper for flavor.
Everything should be stewed (we can add water to it) under the cover.
